To finalize your reservation, full payment of the accommodation fee is required, which must be paid within 72 hours of making the reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, SZÉP Card or bank card.

A one-night reservation is only possible if a free ("gap") day occurs between two existing reservations. In such cases, our online booking system will automatically allow a one-night reservation, subject to a one-night surcharge.

In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded in full up to 30 days before the start date of the reservation. Detailed information about the cancellation policy can be found in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

The stated price does not include the cost of cleaning, VAT, tourist tax, or full use of the Wellness area (infrared sauna and hot tub).

Breakfast is available as an additional service, subject to availability.
